July 1, 2017-AccountEdge Pro 21.0.7 (New Indiana County Tax Tables Available)

This tax table update includes changes for Indiana. We have added Indiana County, Payroll Taxes.
Please keep in mind, if you change your work or residence code (mid-year), for your employee's; you will have to manually make adjustments to the W-2.

Do Not Load Tax Tables Before July 1, 2017

To link an employee to an Indiana (Local) County Tax
*Select Card File/Cards List
*Select the employee card and click 'Edit'
*Select 'Payroll Details' tab
*Click the arrow to the left of your existing (Local) County Tax
*Scroll through the list to Indiana, Here you can select a specific Indiana 'County' Tax Codes

'How to correct the W-2, depends on how you print the form'

If you print the W-2 Internally (W-2 form needed)
*Select Command Centers (from the menu bar), Payroll/Print W-2s and W-3
*Select W-2 Form, click OK
*Drill down on the employee card
*Manually combine amounts from the Boxes marked 18 (place the total, into the first box marked 18) *Manually combine amounts from the Boxes marked 19 (place the total, into the first box marked 19) *In the first Box 20, enter the County Name
*In the second Box 20, make this field blank so that nothing prints

However, you should verify the amounts

Payroll/Prepare Payroll Tax Forms, select the W-2, then Display
*Manually combine amounts from the Boxes marked 18 (place the total, into the first box marked 18) *Manually combine amounts from the Boxes marked 19 (place the total, into the first box marked 19) *Delete the text in Box 20, on the second line
