Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment (HIRE) Act

On March 18, 2010 the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment (HIRE) Act was signed into law. This law provides a Social Security Tax Exemption and a Business Tax Credit for businesses hiring qualified employees, who were previously unemployed.
