Can't See Window After Clicking on a Button
While working with AccountEdge, you may notice that all or some windows will not appear after clicking to open them. For example, you select Enter Sales but the Enter Sales window doesn't appear.
This is sometimes caused by having the preference enabled to save window sizes and locations, and occurs if you once had more than one display connected to your machine and you moved a window to the second display. The window is now no longer displayed on your main screen and can no longer be seen after disconnecting the second display.
To correct this issue:
First confirm the window did actually open by checking your Window menu bar for the window that should have appeared.
If you see the name of the window you wanted to open in the Window list, then deselect Save Window Sizes and Locations in the file Preferences (Setup --> Preferences --> Window).
Close completely out of the AccountEdge.
When you relaunch AccountEdge, the window sizes and locations should be set to default values, allowing them to appear in front of the command center.
