Using Applescript for Import / Export

The 2009 and subsequent releases of AccountEdge and AccountEdge Network Edition (for Mac) include enhancements to the Applescript dictionary. The expanded dictionary allows for tighter integration of applications and automation of importing and exporting.

Just a few of the enhancements include the ability import or export a single record, "show me" which can pop open a record (item, card, sale, etc.), check to see if a card, item, etc, exists, add a customer card that is included on a sale that is about to be imported, query the company file path.
