Using a USB modem or Express Card. which is a device that connects to your computer's USB port, giving your computer access to a wireless network, is an easy way to expand your computer's capability. You can use this modem at home, the office, or while traveling.

There is a potential problem if you activate your instance of AccountEdge, while you are connected to the internet through such a (portable) device. Your registration may be active while connected only through that device, and only for that connection instance.

To avoid potential activation problems, you can Deactivate your AccountEdge registration before disconnecting the portable network device, and register it again when you need it. Or, you can activate your AccountEdge, and use it when disconnected from the network and the portable network controller.
