Unable to Delete a Paycheck

There are 3 reasons why you would not be able to delete a paycheck if the security preference to disallow changes is NOT checked:

1. The paycheck was created using a timesheet
   
2. The paycheck was paid via electronic payment or direct deposit
   
3. A Pay Liabilities transaction that includes the payroll liabilities for this particular check, was recorded.

In these cases, use the Reverse Paycheck option.
