Historical Purchases / Sales

An Historical Purchase or Sale is one that had a current balance due on the first day of the month in which you began using AccountEdge (pre-conversion).

SetSet a Pre-conversion Customer Deposit:

You can create a negative pre-conversion sale (Setup > Balances > Customer Balances), entering the amount as a negative value. This will not impact any balance, but it will create a credit which you can apply to the customer's balance.
