Termination Code -1115
Occasionally, user permissions associated with applications become damaged. The result of damaged permissions can be the inability to open a program or very slow performance of your system overall.
Follow the steps below to repair permissions on your OS X computer to possibly eliminate TC -1115.
- Drag your current AccountEdge program folder to the trash. Make sure you have removed any custom forms or reports and your company file and backups before you do this. Make sure you have a current Backup of your AccountEdge company file.
- Empty the trash.
- Do a clean install of the AccountEdge program.
- Restore a clean back up of your company file, and quickly close out of the file when it's restored.
- Go into the Applications folder on your Mac hard drive, and then the Utilities folder.
- Launch Disk Utility and select the First Aid tab.
- Run the Repair Disk Permissions.
