Unable to Save Backup
On a Mac, if the Save button is not available when attempting to save a backup copy of your company file, then the name of your backup file has 29 or more characters. To save the backup, change to a name with 28 or less characters and the Save button will become available. (AccountEdge will append a ".zip" or a ".sit" to the end of the file.)
