Registration and VPN Clients

Certain VPN clients (e.g., Juniper, OpenVPN) will change your PC's primary MAC ID, resulting in a change of the computer's MAC ID upon reboot. A computer's MAC ID is used during the AccountEdge registration process and when this ID changes, the registration is voided. As a result, AccountEdge reverts to Trial Mode. The only resolution at this time is to uninstall the VPN client. Keep in mind that reinstalling the client may put your AccountEdge back into trial mode.
