No Payee Field in Spend Money

If the Spend Money window looks incorrect, incomplete or wrong, and the address is not showing:

The payee field will not appear on the spend money window if you have selected your regular checking account as the account for electronic payments.

To Resolve:

Under Setup > Linked Accounts > Accounts & Banking Accounts, make sure you do not have your regular checking account setup as the Bank Account for Electronic Payments. Create a new account named ‘Electronic Payments’ and use this account as the linked account for electronic payments. Even if you do not use this add-on Business Service (US only), you must enter an account in this field. The payee will again be available.
