Edit Sales After Upgrading

If you upgraded from version 2004 or earlier, any sales item invoices that are currently open cannot be edited or deleted. The software has an item register to keep track of all sales which was not available in older versions.

To modify the item sales, you must reverse them, then re-enter them in the upgraded company file.

Note: You only need to reverse and re-enter the item sales that are open.
