Mac Email Freezes

In order to email from AccountEdge or AccountEdge Network Edition, make sure your AccountEdge or AccountEdge NE program folder has Read & Write permission for all users. To check this, open your Hard Drive > Applications folder and click on the AccountEdge/AccountEdge NE program folder and select File > Get Info on the top menu bar. Under Ownership and Permissions, make sure access is set to Read & Write for all users. The reason for this is that AccountEdge creates a folder named Email Attachments, which contains all forms emailed from the software. If a User does not have proper permissions to the AccountEdge/AccountEdge NE folder, they will not be able to create this folder and the emails will not be sent.
