Deleting or Trashing the Previous Version
Once you have installed your AccountEdge upgrade, you no longer need any previous version(s).
Copy your company files from your previous program folder. Copy these to your desktop or into your new program folder.
The file will need to be upgraded to the newer version.
Copy any Custom Forms from the Forms folder within your previous program folder. Copy the custom forms to your desktop or directly into the forms folder in your new program folder. Do not copy the entire Forms folder and drop it into the newer Forms folder. AccountEdge will not be able to access your custom forms if you do this.
When you are ready to use your custom forms, make sure you have selected the correct form type, such as Item or Service Invoice, when you go to Print your custom form in the upgraded version of AccountEdge.
