Import – Quotation Marks Around Data Fields
One reason for this would be if the file originally had commas in the fields. Commas may import as quotations. To resolve this:
- Open the import file in Excel and use the 'Replace All' function to replace the quotation marks with blank spaces.
- Remove the commas within the data fields, not the commas that delineate the fields.
- Re-import your file.
