Cannot Upgrade - File Greyed Out
If the AccountEdge company file you are trying to upgrade is grayed out in the list of files, try this:
- Exit the Upgrade Assistant and attempt to open the file you want to upgrade in your new AccountEdge version.
- The ‘View All Files’ check box is available on this dialog box. Check this box and select your older company file.
- You will be notified that this file needs to be upgraded and asked if you want to upgrade it now.
- Select Yes and the upgrade will proceed.
