What types of images can I add to my products and sync with Enstore? You can add JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and GIF as long as they are less than 1MB.
Do I need to set a Web Store Description? No, on the Selling Details tab of the Web Store Setup window, you can select the option to Use Item Description when items do not have a Web Store Description.
How does my stock level work with Enstore? At this time, an Item will be available for sale as long as it has a check mark in I Sell This Item In My Web Store. Enstore is planning on adding the ability to only have Items with sufficient stock be available for sale on your web store. How are Taxes handled? When taxes are charged in your web store, a Tax Code will be created in your company file when you Process Orders. The web store will continue to use the same tax code as long as you don't change the name in AccountEdge.
Can I link people back to my original website once they're on Enstore? As you configure Enstore, you're able to add "page" or "URL" links to the header of your Enstore so that at any given moment, customers can get back to it.
How do I Process Orders in my AccountEdge? AccountEdge has a Sync button that will pull new orders into AccountEdge. This can be done daily, or the moment you receive an email indicating an order was placed. In the future, Enstore will be looking at moving to an automatic syncing method, but no availability date is set for this feature.
What payment methods can I use with Enstore? You can use Paypal Standard, Authorize.net, ACH Direct (also works with AccountEdge), in-store pickup, bank transfer, or sending a physical check.
Can I use Enstore by itself? You must have AccountEdge and inventory in your company file to create an Enstore webstore. But no other web site or store is necessary. If you already have a website, Enstore can be linked to it.
What shipping methods can I use with Enstore? Enstore syncs with FedEx, UPS, USPS, and there are custom options to adjust the shipping cost depending on weight or price.
Can I only sell ITEMS or can I sell services? AccountEdge gives you the option to post items in your list as well as services in your list.
