Migrating From Another Machine

When upgrading or migrating from another machine, custom forms need to be copied from the other machine, using the network or removable media.

If AccountEdge on your Mac Terminates Unexpectedly at Launch (Crash, Crashes), and
it was installed by Apple's Migration Assistant, which copies the disk on one (old)
machine to that of a new machine, then the problem can be resolved by removing the
License file in the Acclivity folder.

The Acclivity folder is located in /Library/Application Support/ folder. The License file will
have the a name such as AccountEdgeLicense or AccountEdgeNELicense, and will have
a .plist extension.

After removing this file, simply launch and register your AccountEdge. If the problem isn't resolved, you will need to contact AccountEdge Customer Service.
