Time Tracker Issues
I love the concept of Time Tracker and the way it is envisioned but I am getting way too many errors such as attached for it to be a paid service.
The worst of it is that when the errors occur I cannot even log back in while all of my slips are lost and have to be re-built from scratch - especially the timed slips.
I have tested and received the same errors using PCs and Macs using multiple browsers on both platforms.

Thank you for the screen shot. We're not seeing such issues in our testing (and haven't heard of it from other users), but obviously you're encountering it, so we'll work to figure it out. Hopefully you've seen, and will continue to see, that we've been responsive to addressing such issues. We are in a constant state of improvement.
What would be helpful is for you to Email Support to work through the specifics of your issue. That way we can get as much detailed information as possible to resolve your issues. Email Support is accessible in the My Account drop-down when you are logged in as the Admin (also in the upper-right when logged in as a User).
