Can't login or link with my device
I have set up my drop box and devices. I received the activation link in my email and have tried to sync the devices. It keeps telling me that the device name is not found in AccountEdge, which is inaccurate according to the my dropbox account. I have tried over the last two days and still cannot link to dropbox. Any suggestions?

Margaret,
Is your company file a new file with no data? Have you tried to setup the Widgets company file (by going to Explore on the main AccountEdge splash screen) and linking that to DropBox?

And I haven't tried to set up the Widgets company file. Not sure what the splash screen is. I followed the directions that were on the video.

I was talking about your AccountEdge data. Lets try setting it up again. Which browsers are you using and are you on mac or Windows.
