Time Tracker Account Login

Set up Time Tracker Admin Account 2/8, to date I have not been able to login. Tried setting up another account using the same e-mail as previously, which reports that the e-mail is in use. Double-checked password and then checked it again. Any insight would be appreciated.

    Everything appears to be synced between my dropbox and accountedge but when I attempt to log in I am not recognized. I have used both the initial signin email and dropbox email with neither working. I have also entered both email addresses in the area to retrieve password and neither is shown as being recognized. When I go through the initial signup process, it show that the email address is already registered.

    There are two different webpages that you will need to keep track of, which both looks very similar.. You could be logging in to perhaps an employee page and not the Admin Page.

    There are two pages that I have included below. The first is the Admin Page which is used for setting up your employee's accounts. The second is the Employee Page that allows your employees to log in and track their time.

    Admin Page:

    Employee Page:
    https://timetracker.accountedge.com/

    Make sure that you are using the correct email and password for the proper page.

    It seems to be working although I cannot add employees online and appear to have limited choices in data input. Thanks.

    Now that you are in the Admin Page of Time Tracker do you see your list of employees on the left.

    If you don't then you may not have set up your employees in your Company File.

    Why can't I login to the admin page? Also it tells me that Account edge cannot locate the device, which I know is accurate.

    The first thing is what do you have set up on your Desktop. Do you have a Device setup for Time Tracker?

    The device gets set up in Account Edge and I have tried setting up and syncing several different devices.
