Job Selection is NOT intuitive and creates possibilities for huge errors

In the creation of an activity slip, it does not make any sense that a worker has to scroll through (the entire list of jobs from all clients) to find the job for the client he's already narrowed things down to in the very first pull down menu! If the account manager has already linked the correct customer in accountedge itself, then there should not be the ability anywhere else to (by accident or simple oversight) connect it to any other client - ever. It should not be an option.

    I just walked through our call center, seems you were calling in about this issue, but I wanted to reply here so as not to leave this unanswered on the forum.

    For the record, I love the idea, but as it turns out, this is not how Time Tracker (or AccountEdge) works. Good food for thought in a future release of both applications - thanks!
