In the Sales Register when I tab to open invoices, usually at
the bottom there is a total and total amount due. They have
disappeared and I'm not sure why.

These amounts do not appear on the All Sales tab. Could you
switch to the Open Invoices tab to see the totals appear at the

I read online that when you switch to "I deal in multiple currencies" that option to see your totals at bottom is not available.

Yes that is true when searching for All Customers. If you switch
the search by to Customer, the totals should still display for that
