Modifying OfficeLink template doesn't seem to work

Hi everyone,

I am using AE NE 12 on OS X 10.7.2. I have gone to the Letters folder in the AE NE 2012 folder and modified a template. I have also created a completely new template and placed it in the Letters folder.

1) The modifications to the existing template don't seem to take effect. No matter what I do, I get the same text and the same format as before I modified the template.
2) The new template that I created does not show up in the list of available templates. I have quit and restarted AE. I have also restarted the computer.

Any help getting this to work would be greatly appreciated.

    Could you provide some detail as to what version of AccountEdge you are running?
