Sales Transactions Not Displaying Correctly

Our sales rep - who uses AEM - is complaining that the Sales Transactions are not displaying correctly - and some times not at all.
Upon entering the Transactions section one can see All Sales - momentarily - and then nothing.
I had her bring in the iPad to check this out and sure enough - this is really happening...
Any one else experiencing this?

In playing around a bit I discovered that - if I type ANYTHING in the Search field - I get different results
And If I then delete whatever search term was in the field - then the results slowly disappear - till there is only 1 result left - and that is NOT the last sales transaction.

I finally discovered that if I type in the first digits of the Sales # - say "47" - then I will get Orders #470 to #479 (plus any other Sales that has "47" in it - ie #247)
Bit of a kludge to view past orders - and one needs to know (or remember) the Sale #
Is this a bug? Isn't there a way to simply view ALL SALES at once?

Also it seems the search field ONLY searches the "Sales #" - and not the Customer Name (or date) - which seems very limited - since it would be extremely helpful for my Sales rep to be able to bring up a customer's past orders quickly when she is out in the field, no?
And how about Sorting the results by touching on the field headers like other apps?

Regards,
Joseph

I've never heard of any issue like this before. When it happens to display no orders, are you able to click into the search field and make sure nothing is in it?
eg. a space, period or any other character

When searching, it is filtering the sales list for the criteria you are searching for. So this doesn't necessarily mean it will always display the last sale made.
You are right in the aspect of searching. If you do search for the number 4, it will try to filter for anything that has the 4 within the search. This is how the search feature currently works on the iPad.

Also at this time right now, the AEMobile app doesn't have the ability to sort. I will pass this along as a suggestion for the app.

Yes - there is absolutely nothing in the Search Field - no spaces etc. Typing any character starts to filter the results. Even more strange is that when whatever is in the Search field is deleted - after a few seconds the remaining results slowly disappear.

Jamie - can you confirm that the Search field ONLY searches the Sales #?
So when I type in - say a Customers name - it doesn't filter on that field?

No it will not only search the sales order number. It does search other fields but the customer name is not one of them. I happen to notice it does pick up the information typed into Payment method, shipping method, comment, referral source.
