Canadian Mac Version
Is there a Mac version of AccountEdge for Canadian users? I downloaded and installed the trial of AccountEdge however, everything is American (State Tax, etc) Can I purchase a Canadian version? If so, HOW?! Help!!

The website for AccountEdge Canada is http://ca.accountedge.com. You may have gotten linked to the wrong site. You want to go to this site for all things AccountEdge Canada.

Clicking that link opens a web browser and the address changes to www.accountedge.com as it loads which is the same site I downloaded the trial from. I can't access the Canadian version, am I doing something wrong?

Hey Jae,
It appears that our system must be reading your IP address as a US based address. Could you send your IP address to sales @acclivitysoftware.com so that we can take a look? You can get your IP address by going here - http://www.whatismyip.com/.
In the meantime, if you need to purchase, you can call in to Customer Service at 800-322-6962, Monday-Friday, 9am-8pm EST.

That actually makes sense, I remember now being on another website unrelated to this purchase the other day and was told I couldn't view a page or product because it was only available to Canadian residents. Now I can't for the life of me remember what website that was or the details of what the message said exactly I just remember being directed to a page informing me that more or less I couldn't view the page because I wasn't a Canadian customer. Is there something I can do to fix this? I sent my IP address to ***@acclivitysoftware.com. Thank you for your help!

I just had my sister open the Canadian AccountEdge website at her house and it worked, this is so frustrating. Should I be contacting my Internet Service Provider?

Hey Jae,
I think it's a combination of both, but I had our webmaster look directly at your IP. It was coming through as US. But it appears to have been something to do with our database as well needing an update. Can you give it a try now? I really appreciate you helping out.

We don't offer the Canadian version at retail in the U.S. You can purchase the Canadian version at ca.accountedge.com
