Runtime Error

1) When we entering the data, somehow there is a runtime error shown out on screen frequency, then ask us to run the error report, click OK, all data is gone!
Exit out from accountEdge and no save, always need to re-entered the data.
2) By the first time to create our company file, we didn’t set up the ID and Password, by right now, we want to setup, what should we can do?
3) We want to reinstall the software, before that, to backup all data to memory stick but failed, because no data found in the stick.

    Hi Irene,

    If you are getting a "runtime error" it is likely an issue with Windows. For more information and the "hotfix": You receive a "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way".... Whenever a file is created, the default login is administrator with no password (password field left blank). I'm not sure why you are having trouble backing up to a memory stick. Try backing up to the hard drive and then copy the back up file to the memory stick.
