AccountEdge Mobile won't accept numbers

I just installed the mobile app on my iPad and was doing a test transaction by trying to enter a bank debit transaction purchase. I am not sure what I am doing wrong but when I enter the amount of the transaction, it shows up like this: (null)37.20 in all number sections. I am unable to save the transaction because I get the error "Expense cannot have out of balance. Please adjust the total amount allocated and total amount paid". The total amount allocated and total amount paid both look like this: (null)37.20. I must have some setting wrong somewhere. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Is it possible to take an image of the screen and show me how it looks when you receive this error?
    If not, could you provide steps on what you did in order for me to see if it gives me the same issue on my device?

    Well.....I just tried to duplicate it and it's working now. The only
    thing I can think of is that I had just installed it and had AccountEdge
    open on my computer at the same time. I just entered the same transaction
    and it worked.

    I guess--Problem Solved for now!
