To me, this is VERY important. I get projects on the road, A LOT. However, I can't enter an activity slip or any additional information against a job if I can't create a job. How does this make sense?
Don't get me wrong, I like Accountedge and switched from Quickbooks over a year and a half ago. I like the concept of Accountedge Mobile too, but it does definitely appear to be lacking some features and has some bugs that need repairing for this to be a dependable mobile application.

I did see the knowledge base entry regarding the creation of new jobs and items. That does not change the fact that this is a very important feature for some people.

I would also like to be able to enter new jobs. I didn't realize I couldn't until I tried to create a new sale and got to the job field. I couldn't create a new job. How am I supposed to enter a new sale then.

Please account edge make this possible.

I sent in the request on creating new jobs on AccountEdge Mobile to the developers so that they are aware of it. Unfortunately at this time, I am unsure if or when this feature will be incorporated. I can only recommend that you continue to check our website as well as the App Store for any updates for the future.

    Thank you Simon.

I really can't believe that more people have not requested this feature.

I can't guarantee that being able to create new items in AEM will be an available feature but I will forward that over to the developers as a future enhancement. We do appreciate any feedback on improving AccountEdge Mobile.

    Hi Jean B. et al....

Now that we've submitted AEM 1.8 to Apple (last Thursday....), we're already hard at work on finalizing the requirements for AEM 1.9 - and I am happy to report that Adding Jobs (and other job related enhancements) is on the list.

Thanks for your patience, I think you'll like what we have planned....

I am so disappointed. I just spent almost $300 on the 2012 upgrade so I can use the mobile app only to find out I cannot create a new job on the go. This app is virtually pointless without that capability.

Please please,,,, add the new job feature!

    Thanks,
