expense accounts - AccountEdge Mobile

I have an expense account - 6-1055 :Printing & Reproduction on the desktop program that won't sync over to AEM?
This is a critical account used when traveling.
Any ideas how I can add it to AEM?

    I tried creating the same account and synced it over and had no problems. Have you tried refreshing in AE Mobile?

    If you are still experiencing issues, you may want to phone in to Technical Support to assist you.

    yes. the account was "established" months ago. and AEM has been sync'd numerous times.
    for some reason this account never shows up.

    Make sure the account is active & it is not a header account on the desktop.

    See attached. The account is a detail account and active.
    Not sure why but it has never Sych'd to AEM

    Where in the app are you trying to use this account? Are you in Sales? Spend Money?

    Have you tried contacting Technical Support?

    I heard that Kevin had reached out to you regarding this issue and that you had created a second Device Name to use temporarily until we can find a better solution. We will send this up to the developers and try to dig a little deeper as to why this is happening.

    Yes, Kevin was very helpful.
    I appreciate your and his help on this. It may be easier to just delete the
    original device name and just use the device name created today (since I'm
    the only user and everything was already sync'd to the desktop)
